Join us at the spiritual home of the Ryder Cup

Play the legendary Brabazon course at The Belfry, host of the Ryder Cup four times. This year runs as a shotgun start, so everyone tees off together at 11:30am.

The day at a glance:

All-inclusive golf package: £295 + VAT per player. Includes a round on the Brabazon, golf buggy, on-course competitions and refreshments, Belfry gift pack, driving range token and practice facilities, golf breakfast, and evening dinner with prize giving.

Places are limited, so early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment. You can book golfers, dinner only, or both below.

Terms and Conditions of Booking

Please read these Terms and Conditions of Booking. They contain important information.

  1. Payment in full is required by 17/04/2026.
  2. On receipt of this completed booking form a VAT invoice for the total value of the booking will be issued.
  3. All correspondence relating to this booking will be sent to the email address provided in the contact section of this booking form.
  4. All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to giulia.riccilucchi@arca.org.uk.
  5. Cancellations must be acknowledged by ARCA, do not assume the booking has been cancelled.
  6. In the event of inability to attend, ARCA will make reasonable efforts to resell your booking. However, if ARCA is unable to resell your booking, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
  7. Substitute guests will be accepted until 01/06/2026.
  8. We shall not be liable to you for any delay or for the consequences of any delay in performing our obligations under this agreement, if such delay is due to any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, but without limitation strikes and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident).
  9. Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of information contained within our literature and materials, we do not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions. We reserve the right to cancel any booking where any such error or omission has occurred, even after we have accepted such a booking.
  10. We may use the personal data you provide for the purposes of administration (including registration), statistical analysis, customer services and keeping you informed of our products and services and those of third parties which we think may be of interest to you (if you do not wish to be contacted in this way please contact the Membership Administrator at any time). We may need to share such personal data with associated bodies and service providers for these purposes.
  11. We may disclose personal data in order to comply with a legal obligation.
